RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At BlissGrow, we are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used after purchase or delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Tampered or Damaged Products: Please notify our Customer Care within 24 hours of receiving a tampered or damaged product. Provide supporting images and video to facilitate a quick resolution.
  2. Quality Issues: For any issues related to product quality, contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that BlissGrow is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery. Damages resulting from neglect, improper use, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by BlissGrow.
  • No refunds will be issued once the goods are sold.

Prepaid Orders:

  • We do not replace products found to be in correct condition upon return. However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, we will issue a refund.

Sale Items:

  • Products purchased during a sale period are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the product is damaged.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund through Razorpay to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be processed depends on Razorpay and your card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  3. Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@blissgrow.in.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@blissgrow.in and send your item to:

Shipping:

To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the product is in its original, undamaged packaging.
  2. Contact Customer Service: Email us at support@blissgrow.in or call +91 90193 51980 to inform us about the return.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the product and mail it to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used personal care products
  • Items purchased during sale periods
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
